Replacement of heel stack and cap to be made like new. We can only provide new heels for PNW-style boots built using the stitch-down construction process. Directions

1. Complete your New Heels Service purchase.
2. Please remove laces, tongue guards, inserts (including liners and orthotics), and all excess dirt debris.
3. Package your boots and ship them to 10220 E Sprague Ave. Spokane Valley, WA 99206.
